Ryan Harp, 32, is wanted for an outstanding arrest warrant for a Breach of Release Order.
Grand Forks RCMP are presently looking for 32-year-old man, relating to an outstanding arrest warrant for a Breach of Release Order.
Ryan Harp is described as:
- Caucasian male
- brown hair and brown eyes,
- standing at approximately 6’2 and weighing approximately 210 pounds
Police said Harp may have shaven his beard off.
