The Phoenix Foundation of the Boundary Communities is seeking an individual interested in providing administrative assistance on a contracted basis.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 


1.             Agenda preparation in consultation with the Board Chair

2.             Accurate minute taking

3.             Administrative support to working committees

4.             Preparation of media communications on an as required basis

5.             Monthly update to donor database

6.             Event planning

7.             Regular updates to the website

8.             Working knowledge of Quick Books an asset


This contracted position generally requires 15 to 20 hours per month.  The successful candidate will be expected to provide some volunteer time as may be required.  The successful candidate will be responsible for registration and payment of their own costs associated with Canada Revenue Agency and Work Safe BC.
