Peace day

Once I got my work done on Friday, Sept. 21, I whipped up some signs and first sat then stood and danced around, waved and did the peace sign to all the traffic on the highway in Christina Lake. It was for United Nations International Day of Peace.

Some passing cars gave the peace sign, some honked, some waved, some laughed and cheered, others were completely zoned out, oblivious, or went by with big question marks on their faces… I mean, what’s this crazy lady doing out on the highway dancing, singing, waving signs and doing the Peace Sign for? Maybe they will clue in. Sowing seeds…
