UPDATED: Winter Storm Warning ends

Environment Canada has ended its Winter Storm Warning for the West Kootenay/Boundary region as the Pacific frontal system has left the area.
However, the weather is not going to get better anytime soon as there is a call for a risk of freezing rain Thursday evening with a snowfall amount 2 to 4 cm.
Snow mixed with rain is forecast for Friday.
