Look what's happening in Southern Alberta
If anyone living in the Kootenays thinks the day is going bad, check out what’s happening in Cowtown.
Wednesday morning, Calgarians opened the blinds to see close to 10 centimetres of snow fall overnight, which just happened to knock out the power so no coffee.
It’s the second storm this week.
An upper disturbance developed over southern Alberta dropping 10 to 15 centimetres of snow and 20 centimetres over higher terrain.
Meanwhile in the sunny Kootenays, The Nelson Daily readers can expect, oh wow, a mix of sun and cloud with a 30 percent chance of showers this afternoon.
The high 14 C with a moderate UV index.
And for the rest of the week, more sunshine.
Gotta love living in the Kootenays.
