First annual Park in the Park

The first annual Park in the Park car show was a hit on Aug. 18 with over 100 cars parked at City Park. Cars came from as far as Alberta, Vancouver Island and Williams Lake. The event was organized by Lawrence and Melody Morgan, who plan on making it “bigger and better” next year.
The event was popular with people setting up chairs in the shade and concession stands.
