LIBRARY MUSINGS: Book club, knitting and the best of 2012
Hi Grand Folks!
I’ve got a lot to say, so I’m going to get right to it:
Storytime is back!
Come on down to the library for our weekly storytimes – Fridays at 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. We’ve got rhymes, songs, stories, and more.
Fabulous Fridays
Fridays are inherently somewhat fabulous – come for the board games, the Xbox 360 Kinect, the crafts, the snacks, or the chess. All ages welcome!
Adult Knitting Club
It’s finally here! Saturday afternoons from 1:15 – 2:45 p.m. (starting February 23) – needles and wool provided but you can bring your own materials if you’d rather. All levels welcome, from beginner to advanced.
The Cat’s Table…
…is the name of the book we’ll be reading for our February book club. Thursday, Feb. 28 (1:30 p.m.) at the library in Grand Forks, and Wednesday, Feb. 27 (7:00 p.m.) at the Christina Lake location (at the Living Arts Centre).
