LETTER: Concerned citizens able to meet with top brass of health authority

The Concerned Citizens for Community Health Care advise the interested public that a 30-minute meeting with Norman Embree, Chair of the Board of Directors and Dr. Robert Halpenny, Chief Administrative Officer of the Interior Health Authority (IHA) has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 23 in the Board Room at Boundary Hospital, commencing at 4:00 p.m.
We have been advised that the board room will accommodate up to 40 individuals, exclusive of our committee members, IHA attendees and the media.
The purpose of this meeting is intended to provide IHA the opportunity to respond to questions and concerns regarding the provision and costs of health care in our area.
