Drivers should be mindful of the changing conditions on highway roads after a truck skidded out of control Wednesday on Highway 3, Blueberry Paulson.

Every day thousands of people are on BC roads driving for either work or personal necessity. Driving skills are pushed to the limit when winter weather –  fog, rain, snow and ice make roads more hazardous.

Winter conditions can be challenging for even the most experienced driver. A driver’s chances of being injured or killed in a crash dramatically increase during BC’s winter driving season, which runs from October 1 to March 31.
