Canada Day in the Boundary was hot this year. In Grand Forks, the Boundary Country Regional Chamber of Commerce (BCRCC) helped organize a pancake breakfast in the morning plus a parade. After the parade, celebrants could check out the farmer’s market in Gyro Park or the booths and festivities which were in City Park this year.

Music was the main feature over at Christina Lake with five live bands playing in the park behind the Christina Lake Welcome Centre plus a vinyl record swap and fire works.

Greenwood also had fireworks and a hot dog roast, with the hot dog supper starting earlier and the fireworks at dusk.
