We moved to Greenwood in April, 2008 to retire and build a home here. We have enjoyed the area and the people immensely, and like a lot of others that have moved here, we are here to stay. The decision to run for office as Mayor of Greenwood was not made for any one particular reason, but for a number of reasons. I find at this time the City of Greenwood needs stability, systems that work, and leadership. Being retired I have the time, experience, knowledge, ability, and stamina to see this through and get the job done.

My background in the last 30 years has been  working for an EPC [Engineering, Procurement, and Construction] company for 18 years. In later years I worked in  Consulting and Inspections with all projects in the  multi-million dollar range.

The skills I bring to the city is the knowledge of EPC, understanding of business, including systems  to successfully run the city as a business.

The one thing I would like to say as a candidate is my ability to work with people as a team, to get the job done for the betterment of the City of Greenwood.
